If we do something... If we don't

Humans and wild animals will deal with new challenges for survival because of climate change. Intense drought, storms, heat waves, rising sea levels, melting glaciers and warming oceans harm animals and destroy their habitats, spread destruction and harm people's livelihoods and communities. If we want to stop climate change we need to work together and save energy at home. Try walking , biking , or taking public transport. Throw away less food, Reduce, reuse, repair & recycle and maybe switch to an electric vehicle. Climate change is serious because it can warm the globe and melt the polar ice caps, And cause sea levels to rise. Also forests may turn into deserts because of loss of water. We can eat plant based meat to stop greenhouse gasses. We need to do something now so we can have a better future.

  • Misty Morning

    Misty morning

Sailing on the open sea early in the morning.

    The mist surrounds me.

The wind is howling just like a wolf wood at the moon.

I fell free, gliding across the cobalt blue ocean staring at the sky

    Bird

    Flapping,

    Fluttering,

    Flying through the air,

The warm breeze flowing through my feathers,

The sweet smell of nectar fills the air,

I swoop down to the flowers,

I see buds on the trees,
  • Maple Syrup

    Maple Syrup

    Sugary water,
    dripping,
    dripping,
    Slowly filling up the buckets,
    Maple boiling,
    Until at last,
    Sugar,
    Slow moving,
    delicious,
    dropping onto your pancakes,
