Permission Form

Federal law governing use of the Internet by minors requires that any student under the age of 13 obtain parental permission to use this site and to supply us with a signed form.

Attached is the permission form to allow a younger student to register and participate on this site. The form also allows younger students to submit work for potential publication.

You should still register for an account on this site, in addition to filling out the permission slip.

How to DOWNLOAD this form:

• Your browser may ask you whether you want to download this; how nice. Say "yes" and choose the spot you want to download to.
