One Moment...

One day, The earth stood still.

The sun was back from it's winter's journey,

the birds were singing their lively songs,

and I was in your arms.

That day seemed like it lasted forever,

we talked about our lives,

our pains,

and our burdens.

I had shown you a side of me that no one else

knew exsisted.

You were my Prince Charming,

always with the right things to say,

always with the strongest embraces,

always with the most conforting kisses.

You were endearing,

and you took a load of my mind and heart.

Then suddenly,

abruptly,

that moment ended.

We were apart.

Jealousy and anger arose.

We fought,

we fell.

Always together,

never apart.

This time,

you didn't come back.

You left me standing here...

Alone.

No words passed between us,

no glances were exchanged...

This time,

we divided and conqured.

You went along with your life,

and I, mine.

So long life, as it was.

So long happiness,

and gaeity.
