5. Haunted. Have you ever been in a house where things go bump in the night? Do you believe that some buildings or places are haunted? Is there one in your town? Tell us a story about it. Make it believable.
Alternate: Lockers. What one thing do you wish no one to know about in your locker? Or what is the most important thing in your locker? Deadline: Friday Oct. 17.

My dog is with me
A bright lantern in my shivering hand
I tuck my other hand in
Brrrrrrr
A freezing frigd night
A soft cold wind whips around my face
A glowing ball up ahead
I see a frighting fear crawl up my spine
A cold wind rip down from my head to toe
I come closer
It comes closer
A screaming glowing eye!!
AHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!
I run with my dog close beside me
I get stuck in hairy,rough wood
The eyeball comes closer as I make a deadly shriek
I burst awake
It's just a dream, Phew
