I may not be

the perfect girl.

I may have an attitude

And I may not be “gorgeous!”

But what I think is most important.

 

My hair might not fall perfectly

And some days

I may be lazy

I may talk back sometimes

And be a little dazey.

 

But I don’t need

To change this all

For just one person

Who in the end

Will wish it was all undone.

 

I'm just me. 

Deal with it.
