Clearly this is an unusual poem in terms of formatting! You did it in a terrific way; the words you diagonalized (word?) are not what the reader would expect to be highlighted, but you bring more meaning to them by doing so. And the poem itself also invites a lot of thought. I hope you do continue this!!

Well, purifies just seemed
Well, purifies just seemed like it ought to act like rain, and neutralize created symmetry, so I just based it on aesthetics and convenience. Can we tell that I adore formatting?
