Alone
All alone I’m falling
Further out of place
And
All alone I’m reaching
For one last scrap of grace
All alone I’m searching
For someone just like me
But
All alone I’m finding
Just and empty sea
I’m alone in this world so cold
It turns out that it’s just me
There’s no one here that I can blame
There’s no one left to see
I am all alone
It’s just me
All alone I’m seeing
My true peace of mind
And
All alone I’m seeking
Something really mine
All alone I’m feeling
Desolate inside
But
My heart still is beating
Broken but fine
I’m alone in this world so cold
It turns out that it’s just me
There’s no one here that I can blame
There’s no one left to see
I am all alone
It’s just me

"Alone in a world that's so cold"
Do I detect an allusion to "When Dove's Cry" by Prince? (Or am I just going to look like a fool...)
I really liked the rhythm here, this is definitely a song. The line "broken but fine" is short a syllable. Did you do that on purpose, to draw attention to it?
If you want to view paradise, simply look around, and you will. Anything you want to... do it. Want to change the world? There's nothing to it.
That was beautiful
Wow, that was really pretty. I can see that being a really nice song, if you put a soft smooth melody to the lyrics. It sounds like one of those songs you hear on the radio that you can't seem to get out of your head. Something about it just stays with you.
Really nice job. It's beautiful.
A word is dead, when it is said, some say. I say, it just begins to live that day.
