Defenseless Victim

The sight of words,
piercing someones heart.
Or someone's fist,
striking a defenseless victim.
I can’t stand to see it,
the urge to yell or fight back
overwhelms me.
To do whatever I can to make it stop...
but yet I do nothing.
How could I be so cruel?
I understand what it’s like,
to have words that hurt so deep.
But I alone can’t make it stop,
it will take a group effort.
All members must be burning with the urge
to stop bullying.
To save a life.
