Gymnastics

Have you ever seen or done gymnastics. i believe that gymnastics takes courage,strength,passion,and determination. one thing i live off of is if gymnastics were easy they call it football. I'm not joking!!!! this sport is so tough.just think that you would be at gymnastics for three hours working your but of and coming home with sweaty hair and body.its not pleasant!! Would you imagine  yourself doing a round  off back hand spring or a front tuck of beam. sometimes i think to myself  why do i do this ? i do this because its not rocket sciences its strength and you have friends there to help you on the way. Even though its dangerous like you could fall on your head doing a front tuck,you just have to fight your fear. Sometimes fear can takeover,1 year ago it took over me i feel on my back doing a round double round off back hand spring.i was so scared to do again i would cry but i had to tell myself to fight my fears that was my biggest lesson.just remember gymnastics not easy!!!!!!
