Give feedback!

Each day we have new writing -- and new selections on the front page. An important part of this project is to give each other positive, constructive feedback. So add your comments to the writing. Read as a writer. Help out your fellow young writer!

Divorce

She sat at the table, a scowl on her face wondering, why was life so hard? Why couldn’t it be perfect? Your parents would never get into fights and there wouldn’t be any problems? It just made Abby want to scream inside, knowing what was happening to her parents’ relationship.
Over the past nine months, Abby’s parents had been fighting. It did not seem to matter about what, when, or where, they had to fight. At first, it was just a few mellow rough discussions about my dad not working hard enough or mom was not being around very often. Then, it slowly began to progress. They would have an argument every five days or so, that were somewhat heated. It started to be every other day and the arguments were quite serious. It had been hard for Abby; She would stop talking to them for periods of time. Now though, Abby was just fuming. Her parents were getting divorced.
