Dear Duffy,
How are you doing? I hope you are doing great. I don't see why you wouldn't be, you're really pretty and kind and make new friends really easily.
Does that mean you forget about them easily too?
School is same-old, same-old. Sammy finally got the guts to ask Mia out on a date; I know you "secretly" ship them together, so I thought you should know. You know the old gym teacher Mr. Casse? Well, he is finally retiring this year. I know how much you disliked him, so I thought you'd be happy to know he's gone.
Just like you are.
Duffy, what is it like in your new home? Are you happy, or are you lonely? 
You know, I have been put into counseling. They say I need to let you go. They keep telling me you had an accident, that you DIDN'T move away, that only your parents could because you died. 
I keep telling them they're wrong. I wouldn't be writing to you if you were dead. They tell me that my sub-conscience knows you are gone for good and it will be reflected in what I say. So, they read these emails. 
That must be why they always come back "Error: address (geekyfangirl @ gmail) not found. Please try again." 
It must be because they are intercepting my messages. I know that is your email because I have been your friend for years.
Right?

join the drama club
it really is your passion
get a little more involved
help out a little more
don't cut your hair short
you won't like it at all
comsetology isn't for you
don't sneak out when your parents are still awake
remember the ones who love you
always be on time and prepared
but mostly, live life to the fullest
and do the stuff you love,
have fun
