My apologies.

Thursday morning, someone snuck onto this site and posted a bit of inappropriate, obscene material in our 6-word story box. It wasn't there for very long, but long enough for some of you to see. I hope you were not offended. And I hope you did not lose faith in this remarkable covey of young writers here.

But here is the heartening part about this story: YWP was out and about at the time (all 15 gazillon of us) -- at workshops and other things, and in our absence a longtime member of this community, Usagi, was alerted and since she has special, God-like powers (you all suspected, didn't you?) she took care of expunging the crass little posts.

The offending user is gone and shall not be back. Read more »
