Haiku

This is my first attempt at a haiku, so don't expect it to be good.

How are you doing?

Why me? I am doing great!

Nothing to say now...

The Baffling Inventions

I recently visited the strangest planet called "Earth". It was much more polluted than our beloved planet Snabooshkee. There were some unfamiliar creations that require immediate attention where I was staking out. For example, in the room next to my bedroom there was a dangerous, porcelain "toilet" with water that whirls around and around when you bend its small, silver handle. Read more »

Mirrors

In one room
There are three mirrors
And nothing else
The first one reflects a picture
The second reflects a wonderful memory
But the third mirror is always changing
This room of mirrors

Bubbles

The soapy water
Blown gentle and sweet

For the sky
Is their desire to meet

One large, another small
There will be more to follow them all

The Storm

The trees
Begin to lean and sway,
The sky begins to fade away.
The sun is blocked by furious rain,
While the thunder screams
With cracking pain.
The a bolt of flashing light,
Just to finish off
The night.

Winter Wonderland

The treetops,
Covered in white,
The sun,
Showing its glowing light.

Upon the trees it dances off.

With bits of green
Peeking through the snow,
It tells me
Spring will start to show.

It is such beautiful sight.

Shadow

It's always behind me on a sunny day
But other times, it hides away.
It bends and grows, short and then tall
It would slip right up a wall.
It would never care to make a sound
This that follows and surrounds
I none other than
My shadow!

Fall is Lost on a Cold School Morning

The wind hurled itself
The night's cold had left
Leaves and grass
With sharp white edges
Showed winter's theft.

But even though it had put the cold through,
The trees showed fall
And the sky showed blue.
