The blankets of snow and vast forests of Vermont have given me a great home to grow up in. The freeness to runaround outside in our yard, not the sidewalk of a city has allowed my imagination to develop in the best way possible. I was in a safe environment but could still have fun and be entertained, while developing my independence.

I love the seasons of Vermont and the different activates they bring. Every fall I remember raking tons of red and yellow leaves into mounds of fun. As winter fell I would make fortresses of snow while sipping on hot cocoa and apple cider. Spring brought me great enjoyment in the form of vast adventures through my woods. My journeys continued through the summer as I would build my secondary home on the second story of a crab apple tree. Slowly I have shifted my attention from my journeys to school, sports and friends. My life changed over the years as did my priorities, but my heart still held the spirit of my former self.
