Time to let go

It's time to let go
let go of all the hurt
let go of all the pain
let go of all the disbelief
let go of all the unfairness
But why, why is it so hard?
why does it feel like you can't go on
why does it feel like you can't breath
why does the pain hurt so much and everything goes back
and how do you move on?
