Trouble
i knew you were trouble
Submitted by Ruby D. on Wed, 12/19/2012 - 6:54pm
We are friends so they say
But we don’t actually like each other
You say hurtful things
And I return the favor
You say that were forever
Then I am liked the same as another
Then you say I’m mean
Next we could still hang out
Then all you do is pout
I take you to places you’ve never been
But I knew you were trouble when you walked in

Looking for a fight
Submitted by Fey Lady on Thu, 07/21/2011 - 4:28pmAnd so the Water does not go Down
Submitted by dunefanatic101 on Sat, 01/09/2010 - 8:47pmIt was, against all odds, a normal day. Of course, to counter this normal day, I screwed up rather badly. After, er, using the necessity, I somehow managed to clog it. As the water stubbornly refused to go down the drain, Clogging your toilet is not a pleasant experience. And it’s worse when there is a parent who will eventually be notified. And it’s even worse if that parent will personally oversee your execution if you wake them up for a clogged toilet, which they will have to unclog themselves. Parents are, oddly enough, not fond of cleaning up messes. Read more »

Through the Window
Submitted by carutledge on Tue, 05/05/2009 - 10:53amWhen I am in class my mind goes through the window. Then I get in trouble. Then I bet the teachers want to throw me through the window. When I get homework, I want to throw it through the window. When I play baseball I hit the ball through the window. I hate when you spit out the window then it comes back and hits you. It is funny when it hits someone else. Have you ever seen a bird come and runs into the window?
When I Hear "Africa"

Allen Brook School, Grade 3
When I hear the word "Africa" I think about how some Americans think they have trouble, but they are not thinking about life for African people. Many Africans have no food unless it is dirt or an animal they have killed themselves.
Americans don't think about the fact that some African people live in houses made of sticks and straw. When we say we don't have enough money, we should remember others. When I hear the word "Africa," I know that many people there need help getting food, building houses and finding the supplies they need to live their everyday lives.
A Good Time
Submitted by AJkivela24 on Thu, 02/26/2009 - 1:41pmA Good Time
It's always yes, yes sex.
That's what people like to talk about.
Its everywhere I go.
Its on everybody's mind.
Its gonna be a good night.
Finishing off the Jack Daniels.
Wondering where the night will lead.
Not thinkin' about the consequences.
Knowing tomorrow is far away.
Cruisin' up and down the back roads.
Friends hollerin' next to me.
It's gonna be a good night.
Moon's out, full tonight.
Nothin' but trouble on our minds.
Parents got no clue.
Bass thumping through the night.
Traveling at high speeds.
Swervin' on dirt roads.
Pickin' up girls at three.
Never lettin' the morning come.
It's gonna be a good time.
