Seeing the Sunrise

The birds start to chirp, the crickets start to hum, the temperature and cool breeze start to get slightly warmer. The lighter colors in the sky start to pop as the darkness starts to fade. As the bright yellow sunlight starts to fill my room, it's almost warming, like a blanket. I either notice it and groggily start to wake up, or my curtain is closed and I sleep through it. As the temperature slowly rises I smell the familiar welcoming smell of fresh air, with a hint of dirt. I usually wake up feeling happy and refreshed, I see the sunlight, smell the air, and hope for a good day ahead of me.
