The world is a cruel place
I learned that long ago
But why is that so?
Do humans have cruelty
Running through through their veins
Or is it burned in their heads
With excruciating pain?
They judge without thinking
Hurt without thought
Burn without hope
Are the thoughts built from birth
Like an architecht and their work
Or is it dirlled in their brain
That there is only one way?
A one way highway
Quick to enter
Even faster to leave
I stare at the screen
Thinking of words to say
And finally decide
Humans are not filled
With hate or cruelty
They are covered in it
Like a slow drying glue
To clean off the glue
Or to not?
If there was no cruelty in the world
How would we decide what is good?
