A watery world

Smooth, cool liquid,
soothing your muscles,
relaxing your mind,
a watery world, stretched out,
into a long, wavy surface,
that hides coral, fish, and crabs,
turtles, rays, and eels,
squid, octopus, and seaweed,
plants, sand, and rocks,
colors of the spectrum being worked into an entire echo system,
what will happen if it tates a toll,
what if the sun ruins the watery world,
what will happen,
what will we do,
when climate change,
destroys what we truly love,
what will happen when we lose our watery world,

of beautiful blue waves,
