Fly, Fall, Get Up Again!

Flying,
falling back again,
Soaring, everything behind you,
Eyes open wide, not even blinking.
Sometimes I wonder if I'm flying, or falling.
Soaring, or coming to an end.
Everyday changes, and is new,
Just like some days I'm soaring eyes wide open.
And some days I'm falling to the ground.
Blowing all around,
Just fall and try again.
Try your hardest to soar.
Just remember you can't always soar.
But you can always fly, fall, and get back up again.
Just those simple steps,
Fly, fall, get up again.
Chant it loud, chant it low, all I know, is that this is the way to go!

This is a poem of hope,

     a poem of peace.

    It is short and sweet,

simple as a bird going tweet.

    I just want to say

    Covid please go away

that is all I have to say.
  • You're Job Is A Tree

    You glow in the day,
    A shadow at night.
As kids climb you they scream with delight.
The sky turns pink, gold, and red.
You sit there watching. With nothing to be said.
    You bloom in the spring,
    And loom in the winter.
