If Not Now, When?

If not now, when?
A proclamation targeting the procrastinators
who would wait as long as possible
to do what is to be done.
This proclamation, written on a sign,
tells us to suck it up and start that thing 
that we have set aside to do another day.
And while we may groan and grumble
it is all for our own good,
for if we wait another day, it will be our doom. 
So do it now, the sign proclaims,
and don't delay another minute,
for if you get it done post-haste you will not regret it.
