body.
child
dead for
eternity
fighting 
gravidity
hunger seeping in to
icy bones
jade shirt with a small
kayak
leaping
merrily along
not seeing the 
ocean waves that
pull it in 
quickly
rising then 
sinking slowly.
turquoise eyes
under the tide
veiling the tears that
water lifeless cheeks like a
xylophone
years ticking by on a clock that
zips past and can't look back.
