So Blank, So Full

Staring,
Watching,
Glaring,
Pouting,
Frowning,
At the blank page.
White.
So stark,
So harsh,
So empty.
The blank piece of paper.
Yes,
So blank.
And yet,
So full,
At the same time.
Full of thoughts not yet written,
Words not yet said,
Dreams not yet dreamed,
Full of everything,
And nothing,
At the same time.
So blank,
So full,
And so,
So,
Beautiful.

    Evergreen sprigs line
    The path I took
    Down the river
And past the old saw mill

Here birds sing in shrill cacophony
And my heart beats in tune
    To each whistle

    Faster, faster
    My thick skinned feet sing
  • die tonight

if i were to die tonight,
i wonder what color your tears would be.
if i were to die tonight,
what flowers would you pick to remember me?
if i were to die tonight,
i wonder how you'd remember me.
    you told me,
    once,
