I saw her once, but only once. A shimmer, then a gleam, then a flash of light. Beuatiful she was. Black hair, black eyes. Her clothing like stars lighting up the darkness. White silk and the finest satin shoes. Gold jewels embroidered her multicolored wings. Flying was she. Her wings glinted. In the tree she flew. Her shadow upon every leaf. There I stood wanting wings to fly with her. But knowing reality does not have wings to fly with fairys. I looked up to where she used to be, but no sign she had left. I saw her once, but only once. A shimmer, then a gleam, then a flash of light.
