  • Waiting

Wondering if too much of my happiness is in your hands.

Answering the phone eagerly only to hear the yapping of telemarketers.

    Interesting, how you didn't call.

    Tidying the entryway.

  • Music

Melodies are like a cloudless sky,

    sometimes gliding into your head

and other times disappearing into a thin wisp of air like an

    Umbrella of fear,

  • The School Day

    The day starts,

Hearing the first bell, I am already falling apart.

    Enough stress already today,

  • Croissant

    Crunchy on the outside

    Rich in warm flavor

On your way home, you will stop to get one

It will be in your stomach before you get to the house

  • The Best Town Ever

    Today, tomorrow, and always

Here this wonderful town shall be.

Even though it doesn’t show up on maps, it still will always be

The only town I’ll truly call home.

  • Me

Always putting others before myself, I don't know why, it's just something I do too much and too often

Maybe I am enough, just the way I am, if I look a little deeper than just what others say they see
