Sunny and his fellow mice were just out for a walk in Mr. Young, Mrs. Young, and the children of the Young’s house. “Sunny, the cheese is on the table, not the floor!” Indigo, the little grey mouse scolded Sunny, his long nose to the tiled floor. “I know, Indy. Just… mind your own business!” Sunny squeaked back. Sometimes, Sunny was scared to look up at the world. He was very shy in general, and very easy to convince. Indy and Rio were his best friends, knowing him through his whole life, but Indy was still kind of uncomfortable with his tendency to stare at the ground. “Indy, shut up,” Rio said as if on command. Sunny was very thankful for Rio, who always stood up for him. Sunny smiled gratefully, his crooked, yellow teeth showing proudly. Sunny was a little brown mouse, a white streak outlining his nose and around his eyes. Rio looked similar to him, though he had darker brown fur, and only a little star on the bridge of his nose.
