Something I think is important is waking up. If you don't wake up then you are sleeping for good. Sleeping is great for your health. Please don't let this scare you but if you don’t wake up that means you are either really tired or you are sleeping for good!
A friend once told me that if you fall in your dream and don’t wake up then you’re dead. I don’t believe this and you should not worry about it either.
Adults need at least 8 or 9 hours of sleep every night. I am sure that doesn’t happen every night but at least you get some sleep, right? Children are supposed to have at least 12 hours of sleep. I usually get 10 or 11. Some kids get either 8 or 9 or 9 and 10 hours of sleep. They may only even get 7 or 8. I think sleep is amazing and really healthy. Sleeping is something that is very important for everyone!
