I once thought
The other side of the rainbow
Was some crazy fantasy
But now I realize that we are in
the other side of the rainbow
Trees are like rainbows
Their leaves, their bark
They’re green in the summer
Orange in fall
And come winter, gone
Although, if you think about it, a rainbow is simply,
A meteorological phenomenon
Caused by refraction and dispersion of light
Through water droplets
Resulting in a spectrum of light in the sky*
Rainbows are everywhere
Everything has colors
Every tree, plant and flower
Every bird, bug or reptile
The world is a rainbow
