About a week ago, my neighbor's husband died. My dad brought over a vase of flowers and me and my sister left a rock that said, "Stay strong" near their mailbox. Today, the wife of the man who died came up our driveway and gave me and my sister a bag of chocolate chip cookies, to thank us for the flowers and stuff. I was amazed by how brave she was, to just walk up to our driveway with a mask on and thank my dad. Even after her loss, she found the time and happiness and kindness to bake us cookies. I would have been fine if she hadn't even said anything. But, instead, she has come to amaze me. Spreading kindness even though she doesn't have to, is brave and amazing. So please, spread kindness. Smile at people when your out, leave a message on a rock and leave it around your neighborhood, wave to someone. I don't care, just be kind. You don't know how much it might mean to someone.
