Today trouble seemed to seep through Jeramiah’s day like water through a sponge. Jeremiah's one of those people who can tell what kind of day it's going to be just by how their morning starts, and beginning the day by finding out someone had blocked his car does not indicate a good day. Baffled on how to get out of his parking spot, he decided to call an Uber, something he rarely does and dislikes to do. Once the Uber arrives, Jeramiah goes to grab his headphones, and believe it or not, they are not there. Now he feels obliged to initiate a conversation which is not something he has a fondness for. After some awkward smalltalk Jeramiah hops out of the cramped Mercedes and begins the short walk to his office building. Jeremiah works as a journalist and just yesterday there was a huge fire in downtown so now he must cover the story, not excluding interviewing people involved. He cracks open his old crappy Macbook only to realize his computer is on 5 percent, great.

The dark oak door creaked open as a grey and white blur zoomed through the hall, skidding to a halt at my feet. 
    “Hey Beau. Boy am I glad to see you.” Beau barked and trotted over to the couch. I flicked on the hall lights and strode over to the kitchen, pouring out some kibble into a tray. 
    “I have had the worst day,” I complained, reaching for the cereal, “It all started when my alarm didn’t go off.”

My eyes fluttered open as sunlight streamed in through the window. I glanced over at the clock.

My brother and I went to play on our tablets in the white playroom. I finished building my house on Minecraft. I saw something on the bottom left corner and it said, “Braydon joined.” I wanted to show off my building to him. In the game he walked over  to me. We looked around the house together. It was two blocks high with a sky light. He said it was normal and that people had done that before.I went mining for a bit. I came back and I saw him placing TNT in my house. He used the flint and steel to blow it up. It was gone with just a big crater in the blocky ground!

 I got up from sitting in the playroom and I grabbed my iPad and smashed it on his knee. (He was wearing long pants and it was covering his knee.)  I noticed what I had done. I grabbed my broken  iPad and hid it under the table. I have anger issues and I feel bad that I did that to him.

Have you ever had bad luck?  Well, there’s a guy named George who had a very bad day. It all started with him sleeping right through his alarm clock wake up. He woke up in his orange pajamas and whacked his hand against a glass of water. He spilled water all over himself.George then went to get dressed and he had forgotten to wash his clothes the night before. He went to brush his teeth and there wasn’t any toothpaste!

He decided he would go and get his breakfast. He opened the refrigerator and realized that he had also forgotten to buy milk for his cereal. His day was not going well George thought. George grabbed his dirty clothes and got ready to leave for work.

As he is driving to work, he gets a flat tire. It takes him almost two hours to fix it.  His cell phone battery was dead, so he couldn’t call his boss and tell him that he would be late.
