I’m Impossibly Lonely

It’s cold but I dont mind
Sinking deeper into the blue
Feeling my head spinning
I wish I was with you,
Mind suddenly blaring a warning
Telling me to check that
You where still in bed,
Creeping down the Corridor
To your creaky door,
But merely a messy bed
was waiting for me
Not your perfection to be seen,
Look in the mouse holes,
Looking in the tunnels ,
Looking in the dark spots on the walls,
And light beams that fall
on the floor from
the window
"Ah"
there you are
hanging there,
on the balcony
waiting for me,
With utterly beautiful
Tear stricken eyes
Telling me.

“I’m impossibly lonely”

This is so beautiful. I especially love "looking in the dark spots on my wall" I felt like it both poignantly showed your desperation and added some extra intimacy. Welcome to YWP, btw:)
