Ginger and Koi

My little sister told me that cats and fish can never be friends. So I drew this just to prove her wrong XD. On a deeper note, though, I also drew this to tell her that, although some people may tell you something is impossible, you can always make it possible. By creating.

Oh My Goodness that is such an amazing creation. I thought it was a photo for a second. what an amazing talent. Both in art and in proving others wrong! :)

This has such a beautiful message, and is breathtaking. I love the intricate work you did on the scales of the fish. You are so talented.

This picture reminds me of these children's books I read back in Montessori. Along with the texts, they had the most adorable and colorful watercolor pictures you would've ever seen.
    Only, yours is much better.
    Very well done!

Is this watercolor? It’s excellent! I’ve been messing around with that medium lately and I really enjoy it.

Thank you! Yes, it is watercolor with a bit of acrylic for the highlights. Watercolor is really fun and creates a natural look. It’s definitely one of my favorite mediums. I’m glad your enjoying it!
