I’m glad you like them! I use a combination of sorts- first I sketch them out in Adobe sketchbook ( I highly recommend, it’s a free app and has tons of different mediums as well as a couple cool tools ) then I take it to Snapseed were I tune the contrast, vignette, style etc... I hope this explains it! :)
