poem challenge: Taste

Happiness

Happiness

Joy

A feeling

But now I taste it

It’s a sweet golden brown

Looks like a moist cake

I take a bite

And swallow

The sweetness erupts in my mouth

It tastes like golden honey

And sweet blueberries

I see

Bluebells and Sunflowers and Daisys

When I swallow

The colors dance in my vision

Happiness has a funny taste

I cannot wait

To try it again
