The air was cold and the wind blew harshly as we walked along the bridge.

All the paths were slippery from the snow and rain that fell the other day.

We walked some more until we got to a river, we decided to walk across it.

I heard sounds…Then..

Suddenly the ice broke beneath us.

I gasped for air trying to save him underwater, but failed to get him back on the solid ice..

Crying..

Cold…

Darkness…

Pain…

I could hear the faint screams in my head…

Then…

I woke up.

It was just a dream…

I look at my dresser.

I see the pictures of him…

He passed away a year ago.

So, why do I still have these nightmares..?
