Summer

The twilight song moves me to waltz

Under the starlit sky and moon,

Drifting and dancing,

In mystical moonlit interludes,

Awaiting summer’s kiss upon my skin.

And now you may find me,

Back along the beach somewhere,

Where swimmers swim in-depth,

Among the foaming white caps,

And fishermen cast their nets upon the surface.

I’ll watch, as the sun lights down on me,

Along the Gulf horizon.
