i’ve been feeling really similar lately. i guess all the stress is getting to us. so yes, you’re not alone. important to remember. i’ve found it helpful to do something cozy, just for you, at some point. also, i’d recommend this: for stress relief. and also just because, I love yoga. i promise you will get through this. sending a hug from me :)
