long time no see Treblemaker! I can't wait to finally write again with the new semester. What courses have you taken? I've taken Introduction to World History, Introduction to Anthropology, Introduction to Political Science, and Writing & Communications (which is a core course that's basically about writing academic papers n stuff, seems pretty easy). All of my teachers are wonderful and funny, and I haven't been this happy and busy in like two years. What courses and teachers do you have this semester?

btw everyone please feel free to introduce yourself and talk!

Ooh @thegreenone! Those sound amazing! I've really been wanting to take and intro polysci class. I'm so happy you are enjoying collage. It was an interior revolution for me. It got me excited about learning again, so I can totally relate! Where are you going to school? Classes haven't started for me yet, but I'm super excited for my course this quarter. I'm taking Eastern European History, Attic Prose, and hopefully Phonetics if I can get into it!

omg another veteran of YWP! I've only taken two classes so far, but POL is really interesting and I would highly recommend it (mainly because my teacher is so awesome. He always backs up his arguments with a lot of contemporary examples and every single time a student tries to challenge him, the teacher just destroys him or her with a few words lol). I'm currently back in my home country of Pakistan attending the Lahore University Management Sciences (LUMS for short). Those sound like awesome courses! Especially the Phonetics one. Where are you going for college? :D

also guilty of not being active, but glad to hear everyone's been happy and well :) The college life is pretty liberating, and my classes are starting to ramp up a bit in speed and difficulty so I'm waiting to be completely run over this week. Which does not sound like a good thing, but I think it will be if I can get into a rhythm. This semester i'm taking a pretty random courseload: chinese, astronomy, poetry, plagues & pandemics, and a consciousness seminar (which is so frustrating because it's like a class of speculation... only staying in it because the reading are fascinating and the prof is such a kind old man). @thegreenone, how is world history? kinda curious on how it differs from the hs version. @Treble & YellowS, imagine me gleefully yelling your names from the end of a hallway. It's so good to log back in and be reminded of all the wonderful people that exist haha
