Civilians of the Cosmos

We are all just civillians of the cosmos,
we are all just side characters in a novel.
Our lives are meaningless, we float around
in the sea, like green-gold plankton.
How do we make our live meaningful?
How do we fully milk the opportunity given?
I do not know.
I do not know yet, and maybe never will.
When I do, I'll tell you.

It may be while eating soup without a spoon,
or staring into space in a large, dark room,
it will be wonderful, seeing the world truly.
We could then see clearly, you or I tonight.
Then we might go into a blazing flight,
or we could swim under the darkest seas.
I can't wait till metamorphasis comes to me.

    Witnessed beauty

We're blessed to be able to witness beauty:
the drops of sunshine flickering off the trees,
the scent of nature floating in the breeze,
the songs of birds whistling around me.

Not too long ago, I was blessed by the sun –

    Lost Waves in the Ocean

    Today I call out,
    from a cloud.
    A sea of voices,
    A sea of choices,
    A sea of loud.

    I hear one of these
    fragile voices,
    a small wave
    on the ocean.
    I hear her scream
    out.
    Out into the wide
    open.

    Sinning Still

Forgive me, for I have sinned.
For I sat and only watched the
         passing wind.
For on this day, I only
lie still, I watch and do nothing
    to change the
         passing wind.
