changing who you are

all of a sudden

the world starts to turn

and everything starts to change

a tree erupts from the ground

one day at a time

birds and bees fly by

and make the tree their home
things changed didn’t they?

but they just got better
but the tree

started out

as a thing in the soil

hidden

unknown

and starved of love
slowly

she stood up

and bloomed

and beautiful things came to her
don’t be afraid

of waiting

for change

to come to you

even if it’s a long wait

and nothing seems to be coming your way
it will come and it will let you bloom beautifully
