Stella

Some days, I feel akin to my name. 
Other days...not so much.
In Latin, it means "star." 
But what is a star? 
Do we misunderstand stars?
For a kindergartener's star may be yellow and pentagonal
while Google defines a star as a "luminous spheroid of plasma held together by its own gravity."
I know that stars sometimes feel
lost
hopeful
liberated
lonely
beautiful
out of place
free.
