Little White Speckles

Open the door and see all the little white speckles on the ground,
all the little white speckles falling from the sky.
You get a nice cold breeze from the chilli winter day. Feeling refreshed, you step outside.
*Crunch, crunch, crunch* Your boots push the little white speckle together forming your footprints in the snow that covers the ground ahead of you.
Little white speckles collect up on your gloves, so you remove them.
Little white speckles touch your bare skin and disappear.
Beautiful little white speckles fall everywhere, covering the ground, the buildings, cars, everything.
You fall back
Laying in the snow with your eyes closed, feeling warmth from the clothes around your skin.
Open your eyes and see the bright sun, blue sky, and one more thing,
Little white speckles.

  • The Cows At The Barn
