Looking through the cold window,
Staring at the powder snow,
Can I please please go outside?
But my parents both say no.

When I look out the window
Instead of green grass
I see blankets of snow
The trees are the color of ivory
There isn't any movement outside
Only the swish-swish of trees shivering in the cold air

Easter happiness is the sight of Easter eggs lying on the grass
It is the laughing and jumping and running that ensues
Easter happiness is the feeling of excitement you realize it's Easter Sunday

The sunset is orange
Its beautiful rays illuminating the sky
In a red and yellow glow
The clouds are incandescent
The last dying sunbeams shine over the horizon
Blanketing the entire place in warmth
Birds circle in the sky,

Everyone loves treasure
They love gold, silver
Diamonds, emeralds,
Rubies, Sapphires
Their treasure is shiny
Heavy, large, beautiful
Their treasure
Is from a sunken pirate ship
Or an ancient temple

Kindness is a smile
A greeting
Or a hug
It is a letter
A helping hand
A gift
Or just a fist bump
Kindness is given every day
