Book Spine Poetry

I wrote this poem for Dorothy Alling Memorial Public Library's Book Spine Poetry Contest. I thought it was a really fun and creative idea! 

The wind in the willows
The wild March
The secret garden
The early frost
The enchanted woods
The singing tree
The hungry caterpillar
The wide sea
