Extraterrestrials Real or Fake?

Are other beings out in space; have they possibly visited this planet without humans realizing? Do they possibly lurk on the planet every day with humans being unaware of their presence? Well with the fact that no one knows for sure that aliens exist or have been to our planet there is always the possibility that it has happened; maybe they are roaming the earth right now the very same moment you are reading this. Maybe every time you hear footsteps, and yet no one appears to be there; that is an extraterrestrial visiting you without a trace of themselves for your eyes to see. When you hear a door open, but no one is there; who would be able to explain this? Possibly only the beings themselves. Without any proof humans go on with their daily lives, believing that aliens are just another childhood story, but there will always be that possibility of those beings on Earth, among the humans, without us even knowing.
