Ten days,

fifty students,

five from Ireland,

45 from Vermont.

Learning about our world,

how it is dying,

but we should not loose hope,

for we are the young,

and we are strongest together.

Staying up late,

gossip and movies,

trying to not get cought,

and laughing when we are found,

chatting past light out.

the last night,

tears and hugs,

saying how much we changed each others lives,

just in ten days,

and no sleep.

Learning more about ourselves,

then we ever knew was there,

Heartbreaks and healing,

luaghter and friendship,

family found,

then left behind.
