Happy Rain

i love the way 
the clouds
hide the sun
and darken it

i love the way
the rain
falls down
in little droplets

rain is often
concidered 
dreary but i find it
rather cheery

it waters the grass
so it can grow
and everything
becomes greener

droplets land
on my head
and i feel 
like dancing

twirling with
my face uplifted
drinking in the clouds
and the rain

soaked to the bone
and yet happy
shivering
and yet glad

somehow this
somber
atmosphere
makes me glad
