Invisible

Sometimes I feel like I'm invisible
and nobody sees me at all
like when the teacher tells us to pair up
and I am left all alone
I look at my friends 
but they don't even see me
and the teacher never notices
I'm all by myself
I wonder if they'd notice
if I turned invisible one day
and was never seen again
They'd probably be confused
and a little bit concerned
but they'd soon forget
and I'd watch my own memory fade away
as I was forgotten
