As I walked through the forest, the silence blanketed me like the snow
As the sun went down and the stars started to glow
I found a hollowed tree that let me know, I had found a home where no one would go
I hunkered down as the wind started to howl, the tree surrounded me like a warm towel
I dreamed a beautiful dream, from the safety of the protecting tree
I had awoken to the sound of a flowing stream
I looked out of the tree, there it was
The magnificent trees, that worked so hard to protect all of us
So we shouldn't do any less.
