Those days,
So long ago.
When all I saw was,
A handsome face.
And it would never leave my mind,
Your name swirling around my brain.
I thought you were so cool,
with you slicked back hair,
and witty talk.
I was tottally smitten.
Head over heels.
Your name was on the tip of my tounge,
And your face the center of my brain.
I was so silly then,
Young and foolish.
Falling in love,
With only a handsome face.
But now I know that was all fake,
You were always just a handsome face.
Your witty talk was just for show.
Your teasing was just for fun.
I have learned from that,
To never let a handsome face be the only impression.
